# Announcement Bar

The Announcement bar enables merchants to conveniently customize both the text and background color, empowering them to align the visual presentation of the bar with their desired aesthetics and branding preferences.

## How to enable/edit Announcement text? <a href="#id-1576393816-wiwigq" id="id-1576393816-wiwigq"></a>

First navigate to your **Page Builder** [*(how to launch Page Builder?)*](/themes/manifest-theme.md#page-builder)

In the page builder, navigate to the **Announcement Bar** tab to access the popup settings list. Modify the textfield content as desired, or leave it blank to **disable** the section.
